Meena Kumari was an Indian actress, singer, and versifier. She was born on 1 Honoured 1932 in Dadar East, Bombay, Country India. She died on 31 Step 1972 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

Her father, Khalifah Baksh was a singer and dramaturgy artist. Her mother, Prabhavati Devi was a stage performer. She had digit sisters, Khurshid Bano and Madhu.
